You can specify which areas your objects cover. You can assign them to a location, a building, a floor, or a room. In doing so, all elements below the assigned element are automatically assigned as well. So, if you select a location, the object is assigned to all buildings, floors, and rooms below it.

Path to the starting point: Objects/Assets - Object List
In the Supply Areas section, select the elements supplied by the object. If you select an element from the upper levels, all elements below it are automatically selected as well.
Tip: You can also remove individual elements from the assignment by clicking or selecting them again.
Click Save in the toolbar.
The object has been assigned to all selected elements. The assignments can be viewed and analyzed in the Object Supply Areas table (7716). Additionally, the Room Form displays all objects that supply this room in the Objects in this Room section.
