If you grant a tenant the right of first refusal, you can enter this information on a per-room basis.
Prerequisite
The room and tenant records already exist
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Portfolio (BIM) - Property Register - Rooms
Open the record for the room for which you want to enter the right of first refusal.
In the Ownership/Leasing section, select the relevant data in the "Prior Tenancy Right From" and "Prior Tenancy Right To" fields.
Click Save in the toolbar.
The rooms are now displayed in the "Currently Reserved Rooms" report (Property Management - Leasing - Reports - Pre-tenancy Rights - Currently Reserved Rooms).
