For each cylinder group, you can specify how many cylinders should be freely available in that group. In the "Minimum Cylinder Stock Overview" list, you can check whether there are enough cylinders available.
The cylinder group has already been created
Path to the starting point: Infrastructure Building Management - Security / Keys - Lock System Master Data - Cylinder Groups
In the Identification section, enter the number of cylinders that should be available for use at all times in the Minimum Number of Cylinders field.
Click Save in the toolbar.
Repeat these steps for all cylinder groups for which you want to define a minimum quantity.
Open Infrastructure Building Management - Security / Keys - Master Data for Locking Systems - Cylinder Groups.
Here you can see at a glance whether there are enough cylinders available for your cylinder groups. If enough cylinders are available for use, the traffic light turns green. If the number of available cylinders falls below the specified minimum quantity, the traffic light turns red.
