| Spare Part | Enter the quantity and name of the spare part required to rectify the fault. |
| Unit | This selection list defines the time unit for the duration of the fault. It enables precise recording of the downtime and is important for accurately calculating downtimes and analyzing the effects of malfunctions in maintenance. |
