To book resources using the booking wizard, they must first be enabled for this purpose.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Infrastructure Building Management - Room Reservation - Resources - Bookable Resources
Open the record for the available resource you want to make bookable.
Check the box Display in Room Booking.
Click Save in the toolbar.
The resource is now bookable.
