List of participants

This evaluation provides an overview of training courses and their participants. The evaluation is filtered according to the logical clients to which access was granted. The filter result is based on the logical clients of the participants.

Property	Description
Training date	Specification of the training date (DD.MM.YYYY).
Invitation date	Specification of the invitation date (DD.MM.YYYY).
Surname	Enter the last name of the training participant.
First name	Enter the first name of the training participant.
E-mail	Enter the e-mail address of the training participant.
Company	The name (line 1) of the company to which this subscriber is assigned.
Status	Indication of the status of the training participant (e.g. "committed").

This area displays additional characteristics that can be shown in the evaluation.

Property	Description
Participant status	Indication of the participant status (e.g. "(3) participated").
Participant Company Code	The short name of the company assigned to the participating person
Participant Name and User	Enter the participant's surname and first name as well as the user name.
Trainer Name and User	Enter the first and last name of the participant and the user name.
Participant Note	Enter a note about the participant.
Trainer e-mail address	Enter the e-mail address of the trainer.
Participated?	Indication of whether the participant has attended the training.
Status Code Participant	The short name of the status that the participant has in relation to this training.
Room code	Specify the code of the room in which the training is being held.
Training Comment	Specification of a comment on the training.
Time End of training	Specify the time at which the training ends (hh:mm).
Time Start of training	Specify the time at which the training starts (hh:mm).
Workflowstep	Specification of the workflow step in which the participant of the training is located (e.g. "invited to the training").
Function	Specify the function to be trained.
Trainer last name	Indication of the trainer's surname.
Room number	Specify the room number.
Trainer Company Code	This characteristic shows the short name of the trainer's company.
Implementing company	Indication of the company providing the training.
Trainer First name	Indication of the trainer's first name.
Trainer Phone	Enter the telephone number of the trainer.
Title	Indication of the trainer's title (e.g. "Dr.").
Room designation	Specify the name of the room.
Training name	Specification of the training name.
Username participant	Enter the user name of the training participant.

Location structure

This info area contains the additional characteristics with the location structure based on the room in which the training will take place.

Property	Description
State Code (from location)	Abbreviation of the federal state, based on the postal code given at the location.
Hierarchy level 3 Code	Abbreviation of hierarchy level 3, based on the selection at the location.
Room group Designation	Name of the room group if the room to which the object is assigned is assigned to a room group.
Country code (from location)	Short name of the country, based on the selection at the location.
Building part Designation	Long name of the building section to which the room to which the object is assigned is assigned.
Room group number	Number of the room group if the room to which the object is assigned is assigned to a room group.
Federal state Designation (from building)	Long name of the federal state.
Country Name (from hierarchy level 1)	Long name of the country.
Hierarchy level 3 Designation	Long designation of hierarchy level 3.
Country code (from hierarchy level 1)	The short name of the country, based on the selection at the linked hierarchy level 1.
Code Building part	Abbreviation of the part of the building to which the room to which the object is assigned is allocated.
Location code	Short name of the location, based on the selection on the building.
Hierarchy level 1 Designation	Long name of the hierarchy level 1.
Building designation	Long name of the building.
State Code (from building)	Abbreviation of the building, based on the postal code indicated on the building.
Hierarchy level 2 Designation	Long designation of hierarchy level 2.
Building group Code	Abbreviation of the building group, if the building has such a structure.
Hierarchy level 1 Code	The short name of hierarchy level 1, based on the selection at hierarchy level 2.
Hierarchy level 2 Code	The short name of hierarchy level 2, based on the selection at hierarchy level 2.
Building code	Abbreviation of the building to which the object is assigned.
Floor Designation	Long name of the floor to which the room to which the object is assigned belongs.
Country Designation (from location)	Long name of the federal state.
Federal state Designation (from location)	Long name of the federal state.
Location Designation	Long name of the location.
Floor code	Abbreviation of the floor to which the room to which the object is assigned belongs.
Building group Designation	Long name of the building group.
