Using the "Object-Contract Assignment" link table, a contract can be assigned to multiple objects, since there is often not a separate contract for every individual object; rather, a single contract covers multiple objects. An entry must be created in the table for each individual assignment of a contract to an object.
Prerequisite
The contract and object have already been created
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Basic Data - Contract Management - Contracts / Objects - Object-Contract Assignment
Click New.
Select the contract and the object to which the contract is to be linked.
Click Save.
The link has been created.
