A contract can be assigned to a building or a location.

Prerequisites

The location or building has already been created.

Procedure in the FM Portal

Path to the starting point: Basic Data - Contract Management - Contracts

Open the contract.
In the Contract Assignment section, select the cost center to which the contract costs are to be charged.
In the Contract Assignment section, select a location, a building, or an object at hierarchy level 2 or 3 to assign the contract.

Note: The contract may only be assigned to either a location or a building.

Click Save in the toolbar.

The contract has been assigned.
