To download the corresponding maintenance log in a maintenance order, you must select the maintenance log in the task record.

Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Technical Building Management - Maintenance - Planning - Measures
Open the record for the measure from which the respective order is generated.
In the Administration section of the info area, select the maintenance log you want to use for the measure or the orders triggered by it.
Click Save in the toolbar.
You can download the maintenance log the next time you open the order record.
