This list evaluation gives you a complete status overview of all customer licenses and associated cloud applications. The traffic light shows you at a glance whether action is required for licenses or applications - for example, if licenses are expiring, applications have been stopped or status messages are missing. Use this overview for proactive license and application monitoring of your customers.

PropertyDescription
Traffic lightVisual status display for the current status of the license and application. Green means: everything is OK. Yellow indicates anomalies. Red indicates an acute need for action.
Traffic light hintDetailed explanation of the cause of yellow or red traffic lights. Here you can find out why the status is conspicuous and what measures you should take.
DebtorCustomer name of the customer for whom the license is registered.
Debtor numberUnique customer number of the customer in the system.
Customer abbreviationFour-letter abbreviation for quick identification of the customer.
License URLWeb address where the license information can be accessed.
Application URLWeb address of the cloud application to which the license refers.
Application startedIndicates whether the cloud application is currently running. This feature is used for the automatic status check.
Product numberUnique article number of the licensed product or module.
ProductFull name of the licensed product or module.
License numberUnique identifier of the license issued.
License endDate on which the license validity ends. The system automatically adjusts the traffic light as the expiration date approaches.
License statusCurrent validity status of the license (e.g. active, expired, terminated).
UnitBilling unit for the sales price (e.g. month, year, number of users).
Selling price [€]Sales price in euros charged to the customer for this license.
Text on invoiceInvoice text that appears on the customer invoice for this license.
Number of billing periodsNumber of periods already billed for this license.

Links

Technical links to the referenced master data (product, customer license, application). These foreign keys enable the system-internal assignment and linking of data.
PropertyDescription
ClientLogical client for data separation. The value is 01 by default as long as you have not activated client separation.
Customer licenseForeign key for the customer license. Links this status display with the specific customer license.
ProductForeign key for the product table. Links this license to the associated product.
ApplicationForeign key to the application table. Links this license with the associated cloud application.
