| Traffic light | Visual status display for the current status of the license and application. Green means: everything is OK. Yellow indicates anomalies. Red indicates an acute need for action. |
| Traffic light hint | Detailed explanation of the cause of yellow or red traffic lights. Here you can find out why the status is conspicuous and what measures you should take. |
| Debtor | Customer name of the customer for whom the license is registered. |
| Debtor number | Unique customer number of the customer in the system. |
| Customer abbreviation | Four-letter abbreviation for quick identification of the customer. |
| License URL | Web address where the license information can be accessed. |
| Application URL | Web address of the cloud application to which the license refers. |
| Application started | Indicates whether the cloud application is currently running. This feature is used for the automatic status check. |
| Product number | Unique article number of the licensed product or module. |
| Product | Full name of the licensed product or module. |
| License number | Unique identifier of the license issued. |
| License end | Date on which the license validity ends. The system automatically adjusts the traffic light as the expiration date approaches. |
| License status | Current validity status of the license (e.g. active, expired, terminated). |
| Unit | Billing unit for the sales price (e.g. month, year, number of users). |
| Selling price [€] | Sales price in euros charged to the customer for this license. |
| Text on invoice | Invoice text that appears on the customer invoice for this license. |
| Number of billing periods | Number of periods already billed for this license. |

Technical links to the referenced master data (product, customer license, application). These foreign keys enable the system-internal assignment and linking of data.
