Property	Description
Customer number	The unique customer number identifies the customer in the system and links all associated licenses and project data. It serves as a reference for billing, support requests and the administration of license quantities as part of project management.
Customer abbreviation	The customer code is a unique abbreviation for quick identification of the customer in project management. It is used for the efficient allocation of licenses and quantities to specific customers and facilitates the overview in reports and analyses.
Debtor	Displays the name or designation of the customer (debtor) who is responsible for the licensing. This information is important for the allocation and billing of licenses in the context of project management.
authorized URL	The authorized URL specifies the web address for which a certain number of licenses is valid. It is used for the precise allocation and administration of license quantities as part of project management and provides a detailed overview of the license distribution to different web addresses.
Number of licenses	Displays the total number of licenses available for a specific URL or project resource. This information is crucial for planning and managing software licenses within the project budget and helps to ensure sufficient license availability for all project participants.
valid licenses	This field shows the number of licenses currently valid for a specific project or URL. It helps you to keep track of the current license status and ensure that sufficient licenses are available for your project requirements.
expired licenses	This number indicates how many licenses have expired for a specific project or URL. It helps to monitor the license status and enables timely action to be taken to renew or replace expired licenses.
Client	The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
