License price control

This evaluation supports you in the valuation of sold licenses. You can see the amounts to be paid for each product and customer and compare these with the list prices. The difference between the customer price and the list price is shown as a discount.

Search

This group contains search criteria for filtering and narrowing down the license price controls. It enables a targeted search for specific control data records based on relevant attributes.

Property	Description
Debtor	This field shows the name of the customer (debtor) for the license price control. It is used to uniquely identify the contractual partner who owes the license fees and is important for project management and invoicing.

Unit price purchase	This unit price represents the original acquisition value of a license per unit. It serves as a basis for price control and budget planning in projects and enables the exact calculation of license costs as well as the analysis of price changes over time.
Number per year	This field shows the annual number of licenses required for a specific project or component. It serves as an important factor for budget planning and cost control in project management, especially when calculating the total license costs per year.
Discount	This value indicates the percentage discount on the license price. It is used to calculate the actual sales price of a license as part of project management and directly influences the budget planning and profitability of the project.
