Definition of the concept to be applied if eTASK detects that there are more objects of an object type in the database for which a specific operating concept has been set. For example, there may be an operating concept for the regular maintenance of air conditioning units in eTASK. This concept stipulates that 25 air conditioning units must be managed at the beginning of a year. If someone then purchases new appliances or enters new ones in eTASK, the quantity adjustment concept can be used to decide whether the quantities in the existing order plans should be increased for the next run
