Accounts annual opening balances

Here you can define the initial balance with which an account is started.

Opening balance

This group of characteristics includes information on the opening balance of accounts at the beginning of a financial year. It contains relevant data on the initial financial situation of the accounts for annual accounting and reporting.

Property	Description
Internal ID (Data ID)	The internal ID, or data ID, is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record.
Year	The year for which the opening balance of the account is set. It determines the starting point for accounting and is crucial for the correct calculation of balances and financial reports in the selected financial year.
Financial account	G/L account, customer or vendor number

Have [€]	Here you can see the opening balance of the account in credit.
