Display sets are used to select which elements and objects of a building are to be displayed in an assigned display variant. Display variants can be selected in the BIM Explorer to enable certain preset views of the building data. A display set can be assigned to one or more display variants.

BIM classes that can be loaded
Here you can select the BIM classes to be displayed in the BIM Explorer when this display set is selected (via the assigned display variant). You can also decide whether a BIM class should be loaded immediately when the assigned display variant is called up or whether it should only be displayed when it is called up. The fewer classes are selected for immediate loading, the faster the display variant can be called up.See also: Components (IFC entities) in representation sets
Object types that are to be loaded immediately
Here you can specify which object types should be loaded immediately when a display variant with this display set is called up. These should only be used sparingly in order to shorten the loading time. Object types that are not activated for immediate loading are offered for reloading in the menu, provided there are suitable objects.See also: Object types in display sets
BIM classes that are always loaded additionally
There are a number of BIM classes that are always loaded automatically for all display sets, regardless of the display set settings. These cannot be edited and are listed here.See also: Load BIM classes in BimExplorer
