| Area [m²] | Specification of the area of the room in square meters. |
| Internal ID (tenant) | This internal ID links the evaluation with the master data table in brackets. |
| Number of employees | Number of employees assigned to this room. |
| Proportionate area [m²] | Area per capita in square meters. |
