Land consumption per capita (evaluation)

This list shows the space consumption per person. It is calculated using the following formula "Area of the room / number of employees in the room".

This group contains search criteria for filtering and narrowing down the land consumption analysis. It enables a targeted selection of specific data records for the analysis of land consumption per employee.

Property	Description
Email	You can enter the employee's e-mail address here. This is used for communication and sending important information in connection with the use of space per employee.
Username	Enter your individual user name here. This is used to uniquely identify your account and is used to log in to the system. The user name is an important security feature and should be chosen carefully.
Surname	Indication of the employee's surname.
First name	Indication of the employee's first name.
Department	Indication of the department to which the employee is assigned.
Department name	Specification of the department name.
Cost center	Indication of the cost center assigned to the employee.
Room	Specification of the room to which the employee is assigned.
Type of use	Specification of the type of use of the room.
Designation Type of use	Indication of the designation of the type of use.
Area [m²]	Specification of the area of the room in square meters.
Client	The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
Number of employees	Number of employees assigned to this room.
Proportionate area [m²]	Area per capita in square meters.
