This data object logs the execution and results of key figure calculations in the system. For each calculation, the start and end time, the duration, the result and the calculated key figure are recorded. This information is used to monitor and optimize the key figure calculation processes and enables an analysis of the performance and reliability of this important business function.


Identification

This PropertySet contains attributes to uniquely identify a KPI log entry. It contains key elements that are relevant for the traceability and allocation of the logged evaluation figures.
PropertyDescription
KpiThis selection list contains the specific KPI (Key Performance Indicator) that has been calculated and recorded for the current log entry. The KPI provides information about the measured performance or success in a specific area and thus enables the tracking and analysis of key business indicators.
startedSpecification of the date and time at which the calculation of the key figures was triggered. Serves as the basis for calculating the duration.
terminatedSpecifies the date and time at which the calculation of the key figures was completed. Serves as the basis for calculating the duration.
Duration [ms]The duration of execution for the calculation of the key figure in milliseconds. High values indicate a lot of or problematic data and should be checked. The duration includes both the determination of the basic values and their aggregation.
SuccessfulIndicates whether the calculation was successful.
Calculated valuesIndicates the number of values calculated in this run. Fluctuations in the number may indicate data problems and should be checked.
MessageThis area contains detailed information or comments on a specific event or action related to a key performance indicator (KPI). The message can provide important contextual information, explanations or justifications for changes or peculiarities in the KPI evaluation and thus serves as a valuable reference for analyses and follow-up.
