Use this checklist to check the completeness of the geometric coefficients for your building diagnoses. The traffic light system shows you at a glance which coefficients are still missing (red), which coefficients have no value (yellow) or which are complete (green). This ensures that all the basic data required for a precise diagnostic calculation is available.
Checklist
Check the completeness of the geometric coefficients for each building diagnosis here. The traffic light shows you the status: Red means that the coefficient has not yet been recorded on the building. Yellow indicates that the coefficient is available but no value has yet been entered. Green indicates completeness - all data for the diagnostic calculation is available. The notes guide you to the necessary actions.
| Property | Description |
| Traffic light | The traffic light symbol shows you the recording status of the key figure: red (1_red) = key figure is completely missing from the building, yellow (2_yellow) = key figure is recorded but without value, green (3_green) = key figure complete with value. Use the traffic light for quick orientation about missing data. |
| Traffic light hint | The note explains in detail what the traffic light status means and what steps you should take next. For red traffic lights, you will find instructions here on how to add the missing geometric coefficients using the "Add geometric coefficients" function in the form menu under "Extras". Coefficients" function in the form menu under "Extras". If the traffic lights are yellow, you will be instructed to add the missing value via the link. Green traffic lights confirm that all data is complete. |
| Key figure | Here you can see the name of the geometric coefficient key figure that is required for the building diagnosis. The designation helps you to clearly identify the key figure when you use the links to switch to the detailed forms to add missing values. |
| Value | The field shows you the currently stored value of the key figure for the building. If there is no value (traffic light yellow or red), this field remains empty. If a value is entered (traffic light green), you can view it here. The values of the geometric coefficients are required for the calculation of the building diagnosis. |
Link IDs
These technical identification numbers allow you to navigate to the linked data records. You can use the links to jump directly to the detailed forms to add missing key figures or maintain values. The IDs link the checklist to the associated buildings, diagnoses, key figures and evaluation figures.
| Property | Description |
| Internal ID (key figure) | This ID refers to the definition of the key figure in the master data area. Follow the link to view the general information on the key figure (e.g. description, unit, calculation formula). |
| Internal ID (Data ID) | This sequential number uniquely identifies each line in the evaluation. The ID is generated automatically and is used for purely technical purposes to uniquely reference the combinations of diagnosis, building and key figure. |
| Internal ID (building code value) | This ID refers to the specific key figure data record for the building. Follow the link to go directly to the form in which you can view or maintain the value of the geometric coefficients for this building. If the ID is empty (traffic light red), no key figure data record exists for this building. |
| Internal ID (diagnosis) | This ID identifies the building diagnosis for which the key figure is being checked. Follow the link to access the diagnostic form and view further details on the assessment of the building condition. |
| Internal ID (building) | This ID identifies the building for which the key figure is being checked. Follow the link to access the building form and view further building information. |
