This is the list of KPIs that can be calculated automatically in the system. Activate a KPI for the calculation by setting the interval, the time from which the calculation is to start and activating the KPI. Note that there are KPIs that must be entered manually, e.g. the geometric coefficients on which the building diagnosis is based. The timer job must be active for KPIs to be calculated.

Calculation
Configuration of automatic calculation: activation status, time periods and technical parameters.

| Calculation interval | Specify the interval at which the calculation should be carried out. |
| Next calculation | This value indicates when the key figure is next due for calculation. |
| First calculation | Specify here when the key figure should be determined automatically. |
| Keep log (days) | Specify here how many days the entries in the log for this key figure should be kept. The log is used to track whether the calculation of the respective key figure was successful or whether errors occur. |
| Unit | At this point, you can select the unit that matches the interval to determine how the key figure is to be calculated. |
| Active | Specify here whether this key figure is active and is calculated automatically using the data specified below. |
| Last calculation | Here you can see when the key figure was last calculated. |

In this info area, you can see for which geographical elements within eTASK the respective KPI is totaled. If, for example, buildings and locations are ticked here for the KPI "Land use factor", you will receive a value for each building, but also an aggregated value for all buildings in a location.

Key figure development
This report displays the progress of the values entered for the key data in the form of a bar chart. The individual bars represent each month. The report can be downloaded via the "Reports" button on the webform’s tool bar.
