Key loss risk assessment

You can use this form to specify risk assessments for key losses that are available for selection in the event of a lost key. You can use the instruction to tell administrators what steps they need to take in the event of a loss.

Identification

Designation	Add a long reference to the code here, in which you can indicate, for example, that this evaluation should apply if certain groups "GHS" or group codes" are affected.
Instructions	Specify here which steps are to be taken if a key with this risk assessment has been reported as lost.
