Overview of all persons who have been assigned by the building operator to ensure at least one function (e.g. first aider). This overview also includes the office space that the assigned person normally occupies. This can be used, for example, to ensure that a person in building A is not assigned as a first aider but has their workplace further away in another building.

| Future space | Specification of the future room. |
| Moving date | Specification of the relocation date [DD.MM.YYYY]. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
