This group contains search criteria for filtering and identifying specific invoice statuses. It enables a targeted query and analysis of invoice data according to specific status characteristics.| Property | Description |
| Invoice status | Red: Invoices without factual check available. Yellow: Invoices that have been fact-checked but not exported after cost recording. Green: All invoices have been exported after cost recording. |
| Note | The note in this column gives you further information on the displayed traffic light color. Follow the instructions to be able to change red and yellow traffic lights in particular. |
| Location | Specification of the location. |
| Building | Specification of the building. |
| Last calculation | Indication of the date of the last calculation. |
