Use this form to control and organize your inventory orders for systematic stocktaking. Define the scope of the inventory by selecting the rooms and object types to be checked, specify the people involved and set the time frame. The form supports various recording methods (mobile app or data-collecting scanner) and shows the current processing status. The inventory orders are controlled via a workflow.

Identification

Basic information for identifying and controlling the inventory order, including order type, description and time frame of the inventory.
PropertyDescription
End of inventory periodPlanned end date of the inventory period. This date is for information and planning purposes, but has no technical effect on the execution of the physical inventory.
Created from moveIf the inventory order was created from a relocation, the link to the relocation is specified here. This function is not available for all relocation workflows.
DescriptionDetailed explanation of the inventory order. May contain information on the procedure, special features or objectives of the physical inventory.
DesignationDescriptive name of the order for clear identification and differentiation. Serves as a meaningful title for the order in inventory management.
Order typeTechnical classification of the inventory task according to the type of end device used. Distinguishes between 'MyEtaskApp' (mobile application) and 'data-collecting scanner'. The selection controls the workflow forwarding and data processing processes. Task types are defined in the form of the same name.
Start inventory periodPlanned start date of the inventory period. This date is for information and planning purposes, but has no technical effect on the execution of the physical inventory.

Participants

Defines the persons and groups involved in the inventory order. Defines the client, contractor group and the executing contractor for workflow control.
PropertyDescription
ClientPerson who acts as the ordering party for the inventory order workflow. For new data records, the creator is automatically preselected as the client.
Contractor GroupRights group of the persons who are to carry out the inventory order. The group must contain the required authorizations and persons.
ContractorPerson who carries out the inventory order. Is automatically entered if a person from the previously selected contractor group accepts the order in the workflow.

Scanner data

Area for recording and processing raw data from data-collecting scanners. The data is imported here, given an inventory date and then processed further via the workflow.
PropertyDescription
Raw data scannerField for recording the raw data from a data-collecting scanner. Activate the field by clicking on it and then unload the scanner with the corresponding command to transfer the data here. The scanner data is automatically processed further by the workflow.
scanned byPerson who carried out the scanning. Documents who recorded the inventory data with the scanner.
scanned onDate to be used as the inventory date for the scanned data. This date is saved as the time of entry when the scanner data is transferred to the system.

This info area contains the list of object types that have been assigned to this inventory order. The assignment is made via the selection tree in the order.
