This form allows you to create data records for internal company usage types that should and must deviate from DIN 277. They are used to subdivide the usage type of a room more finely in accordance with DIN 277 and are always assigned to a usage type in accordance with DIN 277. This represents the superordinate level of the internal type of use. You can assign the usage type to the corresponding usage type according to DIN 277 in the "Assignment of usage type according to DIN 277" info area.
Identification
In this section, data for the identification of the internal usage type can be entered. This information will be used to identify it across the entire FM-Portal.

Assignment to Usage Type According to DIN 277
You can assign the internal usage type to a usage type according to DIN 277 in this section. The internal usage type will then serve as a sub-category of the usage type according to DIN 277.
Rooms
This list shows all rooms assigned to the current usage type. Click "Add Room" to add further rooms to the list.

Doorplates
This group includes features for labeling and marking doors in buildings. The information is used for orientation and identification of rooms or areas.

CAD identification
In this section, information about representing the internal usage type in CAD visualization can be entered. This information is only useful if CAD visualization is used.
