Install plugins / workflows

Requirements

  • You have access to the eTASK Customer Center

  • You have administrator rights in the FM Portal

Procedure in the FM Portal

  1. Log in to the eTASK Customer Center.

  2. Click on Plugin Store.

  1. Use the "My" filter to narrow down the list of results.

  1. Select your plugin or workflow from the filter results.

Tip: If your company has licenses for multiple plugins/workflows, you can download them all together in a plugin bundle. To do this, filter by "My" and then click on Bundle: My Plugins.

  1. Click Download.

  2. Now log in to the FM Portal.

  3. Now install the plugin via System and Install Plugin.

  1. Select the downloaded plugin / workflow / plugin bundle, check the box for the Terms of Use, and click Install.

You have installed the desired plugin / workflow in your FM Portal.
