Install eTASK-AddIn for Revit

With the eTASK add-in for Revit, you can prepare your models for import into the eTASK.FM portal. Click here to see how to install it.

Requirements

  • You have an active Revit installation

  • You have access to the eTASK Customer Center

Procedure in the FM Portal

  1. Log in at https://kundencenter.etask.de/ and click on downloads.

  1. Under eTASK.Downloads, click on App for Revit. The download will start.

  2. Uninstall all native Revit IFC exporters. To do this, search for "ifc" in your Windows system and uninstall all IFC exporters by Revit version.

  1. Open the list of programs on your computer and scroll to Revit IFC. Previous versions of Revit are installed there. Uninstall these programs.

  2. Open the exe file and click Yes in the message that appears.

  3. Follow the instructions in the installation wizard. Click Next. When selecting Revit versions, choose only your current Revit version and click the Finish button.

  1. Open your Revit installation and confirm the pop-up message by clicking "Always load."

You have successfully installed the eTASK plugin.

Tip: If you want to view your plugin version, click Info under eTASK in the Revit toolbar.
