In the FM Portal, there are several ways to assign documents to objects.
They can be attached directly to an object, but it is also possible to create a link from the Digital Archive. A document exists there only once, but can be assigned to different objects.
In addition, documents can be attached to matchcodes or object types. This makes it possible to inherit the attached documents to objects assigned to those matchcodes or object types.
