You can add documents from the archive directly from a single entry.
Path to the starting point: Objects/Assets - Matchcode List
Select the desired entry and click the Edit icon in the column to the left of the entry.
In the Documents section, click Archive.
Enter your search parameters and click Start Search.
Note: You can also make a selection from all documents stored in the archive in the Results List tab.
Select the desired document by checking the box next to the list entry.
Click Copy.
Note: The document has now been copied to the clipboard.
Note: You can also paste multiple documents at once. To do so, check multiple boxes.
Click Paste.
Click Assign Document(s).
Warning: This function changes the original document assignment. The document is now assigned only to the current record.
You have successfully assigned the document stored in the Digital Archive to the selected matchcode.
Note: This procedure can also be applied to object types and objects.
