All manufacturer reports on your eTASK.FM portal are based on the RPT file format from Crystal Reports. You can download these files, customize the reports, and then upload them as a new standard report or as a custom report.
Prerequisite
You have administrator rights
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Portal Options - Portal Configuration (Metadata) - Reports
Select the report you want to customize.
Download the template file from the Download column.
Upload your modified file in the Upload column. To do this, select your file in the File Selection area and choose below whether you want to replace the
standard report or create a custom report. Then check the box to confirm that you acknowledge
that there is no support entitlement for customized reports. Finally, click Upload.
Tip: The file name must not be changed. Even if you want to create a custom report, the file name must match that of the downloaded file.
Note: Only one custom report can exist. If a custom report already exists, it will be replaced by the new file.
Note: Once you have created a custom report, it will always be used when you access the report.
Note: If there is no custom report, the (original or modified) default report will be used.
