All manufacturer reports on your eTASK.FM portal are based on the RPT file format from Crystal Reports. You can download these files, customize the reports, and then upload them as a new standard report or as a custom report.

Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Portal Options - Portal Configuration (Metadata) - Reports
Select the report you want to customize.
In the Download column, download the template file if you want to edit the report yourself.
Upload your modified file in the Upload column. To do this, select your file in the File Selection area and choose below whether you want to replace the
default report or create a custom report. Then check the box to confirm that you acknowledge that there is no support entitlement for customized reports. Finally, click Upload.
If the new report is uploaded as the standard report, it will remain in effect until the next update. At that point, the report will be replaced by the eTASK standard again. This feature is used to make temporary changes or to fix an error in a standard report on a short-term basis.
In contrast, a custom report remains in place across all updates and permanently replaces the eTASK standard. The “Delete custom report” option ensures that the eTASK standard is used again.

Tip: The file name must not be changed. Even if you want to create a custom report, the file name must match that of the downloaded file.
Note: Only one custom report can exist. If a custom report already existed, it will be replaced by the new file.
Note: If you have created a custom report, it will always be used when the report is called up.
Note: If there is no custom report, the (original or modified) default report will be used.
