Individualize eTASK.FM Portal Login Screen

Customize the login screen of eTASK.FM portal to match your company's corporate identity

Access Portal Configuration

Navigate to Control Panel - Portal Options - Portal Configuration - Portal Graphics.

Upload Custom Images

Upload the following images:

  • Company logo (1)
  • Background image (2)
  • Login box background (4)

Configure Portal Name and Logo Link

Access the System Configuration to set up:

  • Portal name
  • Link on the company logo

Review and Adjust

Check the login screen to ensure all customizations are applied correctly. Make adjustments as needed.

You can customize the graphical design of the eTASK.FM portal’s login screen to match your company’s corporate identity. Here’s how to customize the appearance of the eTASK.FM portal’s login screen.

The login screen and the header of the eTASK.FM portal are initially delivered in the eTASK standard design. The design elements are automatically updated with each new release, provided that no custom changes have been made by your company.

Note: If the design elements listed here are customized in the eTASK.FM portal, these design elements will NO LONGER be updated when new releases are installed, ensuring that your customizations are preserved.

Note: The following section is not yet optimized for screen readers.

  • You can upload the images (Nos. 1, 2, and 4) under Control Panel - Portal Options - Portal Configuration - Portal Graphics.

  • You can configure the portal name and the link on the company logo in System Configuration.

Tip: You can also change individual design elements and edit them again at any time.
