This report provides you with a detailed overview of all income generated with licenses. You can filter the evaluation by product, customer or cost center and thus specifically analyze how your license revenues are made up. The overview shows you a monthly breakdown of all invoice items with the corresponding G/L accounts and enables you to carry out in-depth controlling of your license revenue.
Search
Filter and search options to narrow down the license revenue data by year, month, customer, product, cost center and other criteria| Property | Description |
| Year | The financial year in which the license income was recognized |
| Month | The month in which the license income was recognized |
| Debtor | The customer to whom the license invoice was issued |
| Customer abbreviation | The unique abbreviation for quick identification of the customer |
| Project Manager | The project manager responsible for this customer or license |
| Document number | The unique invoice number of the outgoing invoice |
| Service date | The date on which the license service was provided or billed |
| Product number | The unique number of the licensed product |
| Product name | The name of the licensed product |
| Net amount [€] | The net amount of the license item in euros |
| Short text | The short description of the invoice item |
| Cost center | The cost center to which the license income was booked |
| KST Designation | The name of the assigned cost center |
| G/L account | The G/L account in which the license income was recorded |
| G/L account Designation | The name of the assigned G/L account |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
