To import and export facility data using CAFM-Connect, you must first import the CAFM-Connect catalog into your eTASK.FM portal. We recommend updating the CAFM-Connect catalog data after every eTASK update.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Objects - Object Catalog - CAFM-Connect Catalog - Catalog
In the toolbar, click Import/Update All Object Types under Tools.
The current CAFM-Connect catalog has been imported into your eTASK.FM portal.
