Here you can set which columns are imported into the "Personnel list" table. Each column can be activated or deactivated for the import. You can also control whether new data records are to be added (Insert) and whether existing data records are to be updated (Update). The following columns are usually imported, for example: Last name, first name, department, title, e-mail, company, cost center, personnel ID, telephone, fax, cell phone. This form can only be maintained by an administrator, as dependencies and references to structures in the database must exist for data to be imported successfully.

| column name | Enter the name of the column to be imported. |
| data type | Enter the data type of the column to be imported. |
| active | Specifies whether the import is active for this column, i.e. whether it should take place. |
| insert | Specifies whether new data records are to be added. |
| update | Specifies whether existing data records are to be updated. |
| Table | Enter the name of the target table. Currently, "PS_PERSONAL_T" is the only target table that can be imported into, which is why only "PS_PERSONAL_T" can be entered. |
| Import NULL values? | Import NULL values: if this box is checked, existing values are overwritten with NULL if no data is available in the source. If the check mark is not set, values are retained during import, even if no data is available in the source. |
