Instead of manually specifying framework contract services, you can use the GAEB import feature for order placements in the "Contracts" form. Your service provider can only submit service confirmations for these framework contract services.
Prerequisite
The framework agreement has already been created or imported
No FM orders have been assigned to the framework agreement yet
You have the X86 file
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Basic Data - Contract Management - Contracts
Open the contract for which you want to import an X86 file.
Click on Tools - GAEB Import (X86) in the toolbar. The Import GAEB X86 window opens.
Click Select. The Open window opens. Select the X86 file and click Upload.
In the Contract Status dropdown, select “Active.”
The items in the X86 file are imported as service items. These are automatically assigned to the contract.
