Property Management

You can import purchase orders (X86) using the GAEB interface integrated by default in eTASK.FM Procurement.

Prerequisite

The FM purchase order for which the purchase order is being imported already exists and has no order items

Procedure in the FM Portal

Path to the starting point: Property Management - Procurement/Purchasing - FM Orders

Open the FM order for which you want to import an X86 file.
Click GAEB Import (X86) in the toolbar. The Import GAEB X86 window opens.
Click Select. The Open window opens. Select the X86 file and click Upload.

The items in the X86 file are imported as order items. These are automatically assigned to the FM order.
