Assign the personnel characteristics from eTASK to the corresponding attributes of your identity provider here. This mapping controls which user information from the identity provider (e.g. Entra ID, ForgeRock) is transferred to which eTASK personnel fields. The correct mapping is crucial for the automatic synchronization of user data during SAML login.
Attribute mapping
Define the mapping between the eTASK personnel fields and the attributes of your identity provider. Each line links a characteristic from eTASK with the corresponding attribute name provided by your identity provider.| Property | Description |
| Personal field name | Select the eTASK personnel field into which the data from the identity provider should be transferred (e.g. first name, surname, e-mail). |
| Provider attribute | Enter the exact attribute name as provided by the identity provider (e.g. 'givenName', 'surname', 'mail'). The spelling must exactly match the information provided by the identity provider. |
