To improve usability, the individual menu items in the FM Portal feature icons that indicate the function of their content. Here is a brief explanation of the icons.
Depending on your license and user permissions, some of these icons may not appear in your menu.

Note: Once a certain number of menu filter attributes is reached, the attributes are grouped under their initial letters, which are sorted alphabetically. In this case, it is not possible to access the attributes individually.
