| Bookmarked on | Indication of the date on which the appointee was earmarked for the function. |
| AGU form sent to works council on | Indication of the date on which the "Registration and deregistration form for representatives in occupational health and safety and environmental protection" (AGU) was sent to the works council (DD.MM.YYYY). |
| AGU form received from the Works Council on | Indication of the date since which the "Registration and deregistration form for representatives in occupational health, safety and environmental protection" (AGU) completed by the works council has been available (DD.MM.YYYY). |
| Appointment has been available since | Indication of the date since which the employee has been appointed as an authorized representative (DD.MM.YYYY). |

Contains additional properties for export to external systems or file formats.
