You can hide and unhide columns in a table.
Tip: Some tables or reports have more columns available than are displayed in the default view
Move the mouse pointer over the column. A triangle appears on the right side of the column.
Click the triangle. A menu will open.
Select Columns. The table columns will be displayed.
Select or deselect the columns you want to show or hide.
Note: Changes you make to the table’s layout are not saved. When you open the table next time, the changes will no longer be there. However, the layout changes are used when exporting the data records to Excel. If you want to keep the layout, you can create a personalized view.
