Identification
In this info area you will find information that can be used to identify the data record. This is usually the code and the name, together with other important information.| Property | Description |
| Accounting year | Specification of the billing year. |
| Location | Specification of the location. |
| Cost type | Specification of the cost type. |
| G/L account | Indication of the G/L account. |
| Cost type share [%] | Percentage of the cost element for this G/L account (example: cost element is only assigned to this one G/L account = 100%). |
| In cost types of the location [%] | Share of the location's cost types as a percentage. This may not exceed 100%. |
