The Booking Overview section includes a variety of reports that you can generate from the Booking Overview area.
Prerequisite
The posting overview is already filtered
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Infrastructure Building Management - Room Reservation - Booking Overview
In the booking overview, select the checkbox to the left of the booking(s) from which you want to generate a report.
In the dropdown menu above the booking overview, select the report you want to generate.
Click Download PDF.
The report is generated. Use the print function in your PDF reader if you want to print the report.
