Currently Rented Rooms: lists all rooms assigned to an active lease agreement.
Currently Listed Rooms: Lists all rooms currently assigned to a lease agreement with the status "Offer."
Currently vacant rooms: lists all rooms that are not currently assigned to a lease agreement with the status "Active" or "Offer."
All Rentable Rooms: Lists all rooms that are available for rent, regardless of whether they are currently vacant or rented.
All rented rooms with time period: lists all rooms that are currently rented, were rented in the past, or will be rented in the future, specifying the rental periods.
Monthly booking list: lists all booking amounts for a lease agreement per month.
All contracts expiring within the next three months: lists all rental contracts that expire within the next three months.
Overview of all rooms, basements, open spaces, and other areas: provides an overview of the floor area and base rent for all rooms, basement rooms, open spaces, and other areas.
Leased Areas: Provides an overview of the total leased area per building and month.
