| Possible workplaces | This value reflects the number of possible workstations stored in the room. |
| Location | Specification of the location. |
| Building | Specification of the building. |
| Floor | Indication of the floor. |
| Room number | Specify the room number. |
| Room code | Specification of the room code. |
| Number of workstations | This value shows how many entries from the list of workstations are assigned to this room. This indicates the number of workstations set up. |
| Number of employees | Indication of the number of employees. |
| Usage type code | Specification of the usage type code. |
| Type of use | Specification of the type of use. |
| Room area | Specification of the room area. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
