Similar to the "Connections (foreign keys)" list, which is created in a lengthy process each time it is called up, this evaluation is cached and therefore always immediately available. It is updated with every portal update.


List

This group contains characteristics that represent a list of foreign key connections from the cache. It provides a quick overview of the stored relationships between different entities in the system.

Traffic lightThe traffic light column gives a colored indication of the status of the stored data. See the associated notes for further information
NoteThe note in this column gives you further information on the displayed traffic light color. Follow the instructions to be able to change red and yellow traffic lights in particular.
Start formThe name of the form from which the foreign key is created.
Info areaThe name of the area in the start table in which the characteristic for the foreign key is stored.
Static featureThe name of the feature in the start table from which the foreign key originates.
Feature tooltipThe tooltip of the characteristic from which the foreign key originates is displayed here.
Target formSpecification of the form to which this foreign key leads.

Product OwnerThis field shows the product owner who is responsible for the respective product or functionality. The product owner plays an important role in prioritizing requirements and managing product development.
Menu pathThis menu path shows the hierarchical navigation path to a specific menu item in the system. It helps you to understand the exact position and context of an item within the menu structure, making it easier to navigate and find specific functions.
Foreign keyThis field shows the key value that establishes a link to another data record. It enables the linking of information from different areas of the system and is important for the correct assignment and display of related data.
Feature typeDepending on whether the foreign key is formed via an ID or a GUID value, the characteristic type can be an ENumberField or an ETextField.
NamespaceThe namespace defines the logical area in which the foreign key is used. It helps to organize and structure the data in the system and enables foreign keys to be clearly assigned to specific functional areas or modules.
System nameThe unique technical system name of the target feature in eTASK.
Foreign key DBThis field contains the complete SQL command for creating the foreign key relationship in the target database. It serves as a reference for the exact definition of the link between tables and enables precise tracking of the database structure.
Foreign key NameThis entry shows the name of a foreign key that establishes a relationship between different data records in the system. It is used to uniquely identify and link related information across table boundaries.
SequenceThe order serves as a general sorting of the entries in this list, based on the main menu in eTASK.
Form tooltipThe tooltip of the start form from which the foreign key originates is displayed here.
Form tooltip lengthSpecifies how many words the tooltip for the form contains. A quality feature.
Feature Tooltip lengthShows the length of the tooltip for the feature (in number of words). A quality characteristic.

This field indicates whether the foreign key has been marked as obsolete or no longer valid. It helps users to quickly recognize which entries may no longer be relevant or current and may require special attention in future operations or analyses.
Target form canceledHere you can see whether the target form to which this feature leads has been discontinued, is discontinued and will be removed from eTASK in the future. In this case, do not use the feature.

Mandatory fieldThis checkbox indicates whether the corresponding field is a mandatory field. Mandatory fields must be completed in order to ensure the completeness and integrity of the data.

activatedThis field indicates whether the foreign key cache entry is active and ready for use. An activated entry is taken into account for database queries, which improves system performance and ensures consistent data relationships.

Data type DBThis field shows the data type as it is defined in the underlying database. It provides information about the type of information stored and helps to interpret and process the data in the system.
Data type eTASKThis data type defines the type of data used in eTASK for this foreign key. It determines how the information is processed and displayed in the system and is crucial for the correct handling of the data in various processes and applications.

IDs and UIDs for links

This group contains identifiers and unique identifiers for links between data records. It enables the efficient assignment and management of foreign key relationships in the cache system.
