If you want to extend a lease, change the end date of the currently active lease period.
Prerequisite
The lease agreement already exists in the system
Procedure in the FM Portal
Open the record for the lease agreement you want to extend.
In the menu tree, click on the currently active period of the lease agreement.
Change the end date in the Period until field.
The lease agreement has been extended until the date you entered.
