Extended attributes

Assignment of the extended attributes (Extension Attributes) from Microsoft Entra ID to the import columns in eTASK. This configuration ensures that additional user attributes from Entra ID are imported correctly into the personnel data records.

Assignment

Assignment of the Entra ID extension attributes to the corresponding import columns. Define here which extended attribute from Entra ID should be transferred to which column of the personnel table.

Property	Description
Attribute	Name of the extended attribute in Microsoft Entra ID (e.g. extensionAttribute1, extensionAttribute2 etc.). This attribute is read out when importing personnel data.
Internal ID (Data ID)	Unique internal ID (primary key) of the assignment data record. Is assigned automatically by the system and is used for internal identification.

ColumnFilter

This control restricts the selection of columns for the assignment of LDAP data to the import table so that only the columns of the import table are available.
