Exclusive rooms are meeting rooms that can only be booked by the room managers. This means that if you want to book an exclusive room, you must first contact the person responsible for the room so that they can make the booking for you.
Room managers can book exclusive rooms just like regular rooms using all booking options, including, for example, the eTASK.SmartReservation Outlook add-in.
Tip: In the eTASK.SmartReservation Outlook add-in, when you try to book an exclusive room, a message appears containing the contact information of the room managers. Click on the email address of one of the responsible persons to send them an email immediately.
