Make selected information from your building management system visible to everyone! eTASK.InfoDisplayManager controls the display of information on electronic display systems (e.g., electronic door signs, wall-mounted screens, terminals, kiosks). The module allows you to manage the various displays in use and facilitate communication between them and the eTASK.FM portal. This ensures that the displayed data is always up to date. The displayed content can range from a simple file to more complex data, such as information from other eTASK modules (e.g., eTASK.SmartReservation or eTASK.Visitor Guidance System).
You manage all necessary information regarding the info display in a central form. This form provides space for information on the device’s type and location, as well as its technical specifications (IP address, MAC address, resolution, etc.). Additionally, you can configure and upload the data content. The form also displays a preview of the content. Communication between the end device (display, terminal, etc.) and eTASK.InfoDisplayManager is also managed via the form. Data content can thus be sent directly to the end device for publication.
Resolution, Standard Layout, Status
To simplify data maintenance, various basic data options are available that can be selected in the "Info Displays" form, including standard resolution templates, standard layouts, and device status (active, not connected, etc.).
Integration with eTASK.RoomReservation
By connecting eTASK.InfoDisplayManager to eTASK.SmartReservation, Info-Displays—which were previously mounted next to the door frames of meeting rooms—can display all current reservations for the meeting room. Alternatively, you can provide the Info-Displays with additional information about the event currently taking place.
eTASK.InfoDisplay DI-7S
With a wall profile that protrudes only 28 mm, the DI-7S info display is extremely space-saving and, thanks to its minimal side surface area, well-protected against external influences.
eTASK.InfoDisplay DI-15S
The DI-15S info display is a 15-inch display designed specifically for displaying large amounts of information, such as room bookings with title, date, time, etc.
eTASK.InfoDisplay DI-42X
Thanks to its larger screen size, the DI-42X info display is particularly well-suited for displaying large amounts of data from eTASK.SmartReservation, e.g., for a daily overview of all bookings for a meeting room.
Licensing Model
Purchasing a license for eTASK.InfoDisplayManager requires ownership of an eTASK.FM-Portal license and is limited to use via a single URL or domain name. Each eTASK.InfoDisplayManager license includes the use of two digital display systems (hardware not included). You can, of course, purchase additional licenses at any time to use more display systems. There are no other usage restrictions (based on the number of users, data volume, etc.). The product is also available for online use via an eTASK server on a monthly subscription basis.
