To process payments automatically, you must enter the bank account details for vendors and customers for each transfer type.

Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Basic Data - Companies & Addresses
Open the company record for which you want to enter bank details.
In the toolbar, click Bank Details under Additional Data. A new form will open.
Click New... in the toolbar.
Fill in all required fields. If necessary, refer to the form structure (accessible via the help icon in the FM Portal) for assistance.
Click Save in the toolbar.
Repeat steps 3–5 until all required bank details have been entered.
Note: It is not possible to create multiple bank details with the same transfer type. If you want to record additional bank details, create another transfer type (System Settings - Property Management - Payment Transactions - Payment Transfer Types), e.g., a transfer type named “Second Bank Transfer.” The details recorded in this way are not used in payment transactions.
