There are two ways to ensure that a timer job is actually running or has been run.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Portal Options - Portal Administration - Timer Jobs - Job Management
Check the Job Runs table for the timer job: In the timer job’s data record, check the Job Runs table.
Check the data for the last execution of the timer job: In the timer job record, in the Time Control info area, check the Started and Ended fields.
